Range USA Hanover Park

Remarkable people work at this store. My first experience was taking lady Sure Shot, to re a quaint my self with a hand gun. The help I received from the person on the range and then the sales team made it all easier than I expected. Victors help in making a choice for my firearm needs was spot on. Signing up for the Elite membership made it easier to get range time and after Three months I was able to attend the Conceal Carry Class for free. I completed that class yesterday with 13 other students. Dominik was very informative, supportive and made the 16 hours that are required a lot more interesting and the time move smoothly(I was never good with classes in the past). The range qualifications was a bit intimidating to me a my fellow female students, but between Dom and Victor we all passed. We also know that it is a huge responsibility for anyone who wants a CC license because that was stressed many times and now that I have the training I feel thankful to Range USA. I will continue my range time and classes because you made it worthwhile. Thanks again Stephanie

Our first time at Range USA - Hanover Park and we met some of the nicest folks here. As soon as we walked in, we were met with welcoming smiles. Fred was instrumental in guiding us through the sign-up process for the range, providing us with valuable information about our options. When it came to the shooting range, Bill was an absolute gem. His ability to explain everything with such clarity was truly appreciated. No question was too much trouble for him, and we had quite a few! Every time we switched out our firearms, Bill took the time to walk us through its features to ensure our comfort and safety. His patience and expertise made our experience truly enjoyable. I wish I had gotten everyone's name, but I can genuinely say that everyone we crossed paths with was absolutely fantastic.

Recently, I had an extremely poor experience here. As a long-time customer and a new Elite member and someone who has purchased multiple weapons from this establishment, I expected to be treated with a certain level of service and consideration. However, on my most recent visit, I was charged regular prices for everything, including bullets, gun rental, and range usage, despite explicitly mentioning my Elite membership to the cashier. To my disappointment, it was only after I left and glanced at my receipt that I realized I had been charged at the regular rate. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they offered no solution other than stating that I had two accounts and the cashier had scanned the one without the membership. What’s more frustrating is that the cashier did not inform me about this discrepancy during the transaction. I’ve been a loyal customer for a significant period, but this incident has left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated. The lack of communication and disregard for a loyal Elite member is unacceptable. As a result, I have decided to terminate my membership with Range USA Hanover Park, and I will not be renewing it when the time comes. I urge other potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Range USA Hanover Park’s customer service and ensure that you double-check your receipts for any discrepancies. It’s disheartening to see how a business can treat its long-term customers with such disrespect. I truly hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts Range USA to improve their customer service standards.

Plenty of parking, bright and well kept inside. Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help you. A nice kiosk basically, near the front where you sign in and sign your waiver. Safety is priority here, that's apparent. My Fiancé ensured his rifle chamber was empty and actually placed his "empty chamber" tag in it and went to turn to put it away at the table behind us, but had the rifle slightly pointed to his right. Staff nicely reminded him to pack up his rifle in the booth, empty chamber or not. We appreciate the safety here. Plenty of options to choose from when it comes to renting a fire arm for your time here. Reasonable rates. Weekly specials are really nice too. Monday: Persons 55+ rate of $17 Tuesday: Ladies rate of $17 Wednesday: Family day (2 people) $22 Thursday: Police/Military $17 Friday: Date night (2 people) $22 Regular rate is $22 for 1 individual. Don't forget your ID! There's a longer hall way with a class room and restrooms. Also hand wash station outside in main lobby so you can wash hands after you exit your shooting booth/area. Would recommend.

Great little gun shop and range. I would say a good selection of guns and ammo for the area. Yes everyone knows Gat Guns and how big they are I would say they are a quite bit smaller but still a good selection of guns for sale plus a great rental selection too. Range officers are quite nice snd they just leave you alone unless you need help. Don’t worry they aren’t just there to stare at you and critique your shooting

I have been going to Range USA for about two years now. Great store, prices, and people with knowledgeable information. Over the first 6 months I had so many questions before buying my first gun and never have I seen such great customer service as I did with the Hanover Park location. Everybody at this store was very patient with me and my questions. No matter who was working I always found to be in good hands, whether that be Joseph, Kenny, Crawford, or Dominik. Everybody treated me with respect and never acted like they were a "know it all" which I believe is hard to come by in this industry. Highly recommend taking your significant other, family member or friend to go shooting at their range.

Wow!! Instructor Victor Wendt was an amazing instructor from day one of my conceal carry class to my first private lesson. I would highly recommend him to train you on the dos and donts of shooting and carrying a firearm. Victor was very professional, informative, patient and understanding. He left me leaving Range USA in Hanover Park with so much confidence to shoot. After his teaching I can't wait to go back to shoot and I am definitely joining to become a member. Victor is that "A+ instructor". Range USA is very lucky to have him as an employee/instructor!
